These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Privé Fit Club website, membership, reservations, and all training, coaching, and recovery services offered by Zapata y Cuadra Group LLC ("Privé," "we," "us," or "our") at 176 Avenida Winston Churchill, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00926. By using our website, reserving a session, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & Services

Privé offers strength training, semi-private coaching, and recovery & wellness services on a membership and reservation basis. Membership tiers, pricing, and included services are described on our Membership page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Sessions booked through our Reserve page are subject to availability. We ask that cancellations or changes be made with reasonable advance notice; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect access to future reservations. Specific cancellation windows and any associated fees will be communicated at the time of booking or membership sign-up.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in training and recovery activities, and that you have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations relevant to your safe participation. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Privé Fit Club, Zapata y Cuadra Group LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in club activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Members and guests may be required to sign a separate, more detailed liability waiver and health/physical readiness questionnaire prior to first use of training or recovery services.

4. Code of Conduct

We ask all members and guests to treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect, follow posted facility and equipment guidelines, and follow staff instructions regarding safe use of equipment and recovery devices. Privé reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers others or disrupts the club environment.

5. Payment & Billing

Membership fees and session payments are processed through our designated payment provider. Membership plans that renew automatically will be billed on the applicable cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at sign-up. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in your membership agreement.

6. Intellectual Property — All Rights Reserved

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Privé Fit Club name, logo, photography, videos, copy, and design — is the property of Zapata y Cuadra Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privé Fit Club and Zapata y Cuadra Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
